The Culinary program at Metro Tech dished up an Asian Fusion buffet on Thursday, October 4, 2018. Led by Chef Sayre, Tina Hahn, and Patty Lopez, the students prepped, cooked, and served for faculty, students, and friends. On the menu was fried rice, white rice, beef and broccoli, soba noodles, roasted pork, spring rolls, fried wontons, cookies, and cupcakes made to look like fried rice with broccoli. The Asian Fusion was a feast enjoyed by all.
