Alhambra Culinary Students Attend Scottsdale Community College High School Days

On September 7, 2018, Alhambra’s advanced culinary arts students attended Scottsdale Community College High School Days. The students toured the campus and visited with staff and advisers. The students were also given the opportunity to work side by side with master chefs in a professional kitchen and prepare the desert, a filo dough wrapped chocolate mousse cake drizzled with raspberry and accented with an almond wafer, and a variety of dinner rolls and cheese breads. Also on the menu was fresh made pasta, with a mild lemon cream sauce and squid stuffed with braised beef paired with veal.
